With this policy ACS World intends to inform users visiting the website “www.acsworld.it” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please carefully read our Privacy Policy which applies both if you access the website and simply decide to navigate within it using our services, without purchasing any products, and if you decide to make purchases.

We also ask you to read, if you have not already done so, the Conditions of Use of the Site because they also contain important information on the security systems adopted by the Site.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services (e.g. to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his/her personal data to access these additional services, he/she will be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196, “Personal data protection code”, (the “Code”) and EU Regulation 679/2016 “General data protection regulation” (the “Regulation”) with indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by ACS World, as well as the right to request the deletion of the data or its updating at any time. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and in the Site in general, must be considered valid and effective within the limits and to the extent that the regulations referred to will remain in force after the entry into force of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing their personal information.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Code and the Regulations, ACS World provides the following information.

1. The Data Controller and Data Processors

2. Types of personal data processed
To access the Site it is not necessary to register. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register in the personal area, or complete the online purchase process/Reserved Area), or services for the use of which requires you to provide your data (e.g. your data may be requested to access the newsletter services, to contact us, etc.). 3. Optional provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration – and provision of personal data, e-mail address, postal address, credit/debit card details or bank details and telephone number – this is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products online); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent ACS World from allowing access to the Site’s services or from responding to user requests.

4. Purpose
The data is collected and processed for purposes strictly connected to the use of the Site, its services and the purchase of products online. The purposes of using the data are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information which from time to time illustrates the characteristics of the treatments that will be carried out by ACS World (e.g. for registration for the newsletter service, to access the personal area, etc.). The processing of your data will take place in full compliance with privacy legislation.

5. Method, duration of data processing and scope of communication
The data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for the management of purchases on the Site). ACS World guarantees the lawful and correct processing of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All the information collected is transmitted in a protected connection to prevent it from being intercepted by outsiders.

Any data provided by users will be processed for the times established in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to authorization by the user.

6. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the website www.kilosonline.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. ACS World cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.

7. “Profiling” and/or customization tools
ACS World does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user.

The Site uses “cookies”, both technical (i.e. to facilitate navigation and use of the Site), and profiling (i.e. to analyze users and their behaviors and preferences, and provide them with personalized advertising).

8. Place of data processing
The processing connected to the services provided by the Site is carried out (i) at the ACS World headquarters, indicated in point 1 above and is carried out by the data processors of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as by the companies that provide services functional to the management of the Site, appointed as external data controllers. To allow us to correctly manage our Site as well as fulfill our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, the USA, the United Kingdom and San Marino.

The transfer of your data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided by the privacy legislation. By simple request (see no. 9 of the information) you will be able to receive more information on the transfer of your data and on the guarantees provided for their protection.

Where expressly provided for by the relevant agreements, the data controllers referred to above may also transfer the personal data of users to countries not belonging to the European Union as part of the execution of the activities carried out in favor of the Company, whilst strictly complying with the purposes indicated in this information and the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by the Regulation.

9. Rights of interested parties
By means of a communication to be sent to the e-mail address info@allmaterialsupply.it, you may at any time exercise the rights referred to in the articles. from 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use them, modifying the data you have provided to us or deleting them, asking us to limit the use of your data, requesting to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consent (if any). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.

10. Who can you contact to lodge a complaint
We remind you that, if you are not satisfied with the responses received from ACS World (see paragraph 8) above), you may in any case, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulation, lodge a complaint to the Guarantor authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the Guarantor authority of the country in which he habitually resides, works or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.

11. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree. 196/2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The Regulation guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

12. Review clause
Kiklos reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations. regulation on the protection of personal data.
